Iry first discovered yoga as a gateway to overcome her physical injuries, but in the process discovered so much more. What first began as movement of rehabilitation, soon turned into a love of focus, mental clarity, self-reflection and increased functional range of motion. Throughout the last 10 years Iry has continued to explore various types of yoga lineages, initially starting with a traditional Ashtanga practice, then learning from Hatha yoga, Modo/Moksha, Vinyasa Flow, and Power yoga styles as she found her own personal spirit of movement. Natural elements are a continuous inspiration to her lifestyle & movement, may it be from hiking trails, climbing mountains or being on the water. The fusion of nature, yoga & alignment coalesce together in her yoga classes.
I am so stoked to be back at MYF! I’ve been with MYF from its inception in various capacities over the 3 years. For the first 2 years I was highly involved behind the scenes and continue to support MYF blossom into the love fest that it is. Gathering in nature with like-minded souls, sharing in movement + connection is my ethos. I am extremely excited to share NaturalFlō yoga in its natural habitat of a wildlife reserve and continue spreading the MYF love!
