Steph’s movement practices are inspired by nature: finding flow, feeling connection, and creating space. She is passionate about helping others explore mindful movement of their own - diving trustfully into the infinite wisdom of the body. Steph teaches yoga, acro yoga, coaches waterskiing, and is a proud member of the Canadian National Waterski Show Team. At MYF, find her out on the water, leading SUP Yoga all weekend!
2019 will be my 3rd year sharing SUP Yoga magic at MYF. I love taking MYF yogis out onto the water where they get to experience their yoga practice through a completely new lens. SUP asks you to slow down, and really “listen” to what is happening between you and your environment. Out on the water, every action has a reaction. And while the views are completely unbeatable, you must generate stability from within. Sometimes participants are nervous - but seeing their “I did it!” smiles during and after the class is what it’s all about!
